A new Lightning Helix

Because the old one is too powerful-

hmm, not really as good as lightning helix.

With Lightning Helix being 3 Damage/Life for 2 It would seem a bit ridiculous to have a “better” helix that is 4 Damage/Life for 3. That just seems like a bit too good in this Standard. So it makes sense for this to be 4 cmc. It will see a ton of play because so far we have very little instant speed removal and Flash decks will love to use this with Searing Spear.
